1. Developing Design
This is the creative stage where the pouch layout, branding elements, colors, and content are conceptualized and designed. Our expert design team ensures the artwork aligns with the client’s product, market, and packaging requirements. Every detail is planned for print-ready precision.
2. Final Prepress Work
In this step, the approved design is converted into high-resolution, print-compatible formats. Color separations, trapping, and layout adjustments are done to ensure perfect alignment and clarity during printing. This stage sets the foundation for accurate cylinder engraving.
3. Cylinder Making
Using rotogravure technology, the final design is engraved onto high-quality copper-plated steel cylinders. These cylinders are then chrome-coated for durability and used in high-speed printing machines. Precision engraving ensures sharp, vibrant, and consistent prints.
4. Final Pouch Printing & Conversion
The engraved cylinders are used to print the design onto flexible packaging film. After printing, the material undergoes lamination, curing, slitting, and is finally converted into pouches using automatic machines. Quality checks are done at every step to ensure perfect output.
